– Vi trodde alle helsepersonell var glad for å få tilbudet, sier en overrasket Irene Asheim Ivesdal i Sandnes kommune. Der har 30–40 helsearbeidere takket nei til dose to med Pfizer/ Biontech-vaksinen.

Overgangen fra student til ekte sykepleier kan være overveldende. Denne uken fikk tredjeårsstudentene ved Universitetet i Stavanger verktøy for å stå trygt, ta vare på seg selv – og orke å bli – i sykepleieryrket.
Det at sykehus og kommuner i dag mangler helsepersonell, er bare starten på det som vil komme. I dag mangler vi 7000 sykepleiere og i 2040 vil det mangle 30 000, skriver Kari Ingstad.
