Dokumentasjonstiden har økt etter at Helseplattformen ble innført. Mange ansatte sliter med å finne nødvendig informasjon raskt, noe som skaper bekymring for pasientsikkerheten.
Bruk av kombinerte stillinger kan bedre samarbeidet mellom utdanning og praksis.
Ansatte i kombinerte stillinger støtter, motiverer og veileder sykepleiere i praksis og ivaretar deres behov for fagspesifikk veiledningskompetanse.
Selv om det ikke er så gøy å ta koronatest, skal det være hyggelig å komme til juleteststasjonen i Larvik.
Anne Farseth i Helsedirektoratet sier det er arbeidsgiverne ute i helsetjenesten som har ansvaret for at helsepersonell har den kompetansen de skal ha.
– Jeg har mistet oversikten over antall kolleger som har grått på jobb. Mange av oss vil slutte, og flere har allerede sagt opp. Endelig ble det min tur, skriver Rita Storli.
Jeg tar gjerne en prat, ruller hår eller tilbereder middag for pasientene. Og får jeg samlet alle løse tråder og landet en pasient, gir det meg en sykt god følelse. Men jeg klarer det ikke alene.
