Sykepleierne opplever at de blir bedt om å yte, uten å få noe igjen – og har sendt bekymringsmelding.
– Hvis du står «bedside» i åtte–ti timer uten å være sikker på om det er nok smittevernutstyr når neste pasient kommer, kan man bli usikker. Den usikkerheten er ikke god, sier faggruppeleder for intensivsykepleierne.
– Selv godt trent helsepersonell gjør feil når de bruker munnbind. Det er ingen «easy fix», sier seksjonsleder i Folkehelseinstituttet (FHI). Nå søker FHI om hurtigforskning av effekten av å bruke munnbind i sykehjem.
